VP, Alaska OperationsKim, an Alaska resident since 1992, is an expert in incident command, airfield operations and operations oversight of airfield construction with over 24 years of experience. Kim also brings nearly 10 years of homeland security experience with service as an assistant federal security director and lead explosive detection canine handler working in aviation, cargo, pipeline, infrastructure, and railroad security.

Fred retired from the Air Force in 2000 after a 27-year career in fighter aviation. Sub-sequently he has been a part of both the Raytheon and Earth Data Aviation teams where he brought a strong background in precision engagement, surveillance and domain awareness. He holds a BS in Chemistry from Notre Dame, a MS in Business Admin from Troy State.
